    Happy Monday morning! It's a beautiful fall, I mean summer day. Sunny and getting up near 80 today. The plan is to split and stack another rack of shorts tonight and probably make up a big batch of kindling while I'm working with the shorts. We'll see what else I get into. Have a God day!

    Molly. Nice batch of tomatoes and where did the lobster outfit come from?
    Brandon, did you get a lare start today. Haven't been getting live notifications from you. Out there today for about 10 min till you stopped as you couldn't "smell" the fish any more and you moved.
    Jeff, know your going to miss the ot but will give you a little break.

    All the tomatoes are sauce now! I had a lot of herbs in the garden, so in addition to garlic, some batches got basil, rosemary, or mint.
    The lobster costume was my son's, when he was Neil's age (2nd grade). I saved it, worked too hard on it to give it away.

    Mid 50's with DP in low 50's to start. Good morning to fire up the new-to-me Husky 350, an early birthday gift from WeldrDave. :thumbs:

    We had a nice day yesterday for a ride to Point Judith RI, for lunch.

    We would have gone today, but they are closed on Tuesdays.

    This afternoon, we take my folks for part 1 of 2 tests for TB. Part of the assisted living facility's acceptance process. After that, maybe to a local ice cream place, as it is my birthday.

    I'm officially an old fart. I've become a burden to society as I'm now on Medicare, and I'm OK with that. :yes:

    Good morning everyone! Well, I got the invite to go to Maine, I guess emotions have settled down up there. I'm bringing my saws, hopefully I can get them to the island in the kayak. There are a number of problem trees she'd like me to cut up... IMG_20210803_060504.jpg IMG_20210803_060511.jpg

    Stacked for a while this.morning, beautiful day here.
    Midwinter....combining my two favorite things....kayaking and tree cutting.
    Have kayaked a bit off S. Harpswell, some open ocean, some shoreline (circumnavigated Bailey, Orrs). Beautiful and DEEP water there!

    Are there any prohibitions about cutting trees on the waterfront out there? On the mainland there are rules.
