Good morning everyone! Had a busy day yesterday, so today I'll catch up with laundry, dump run, etc. I'd like to try a piece of cherry on the splitter, too. The red maple was too easy.
The asphalt spreader and a couple of rollers are parked out front. Any day now ...

Good morning! It stormed last night and the wind kept blowing branches in front of the driveway alarm sensor. I had to get up and unplug the indoor speaker to get some sleep. Much cooler and nice today. New furniture is coming Wednesday afternoon and current couch and loveseat are going to my brother-in-law. We'll load them on the trailer tonight and deliver. And haul the old stuff away. Must be nice to have everything done for you! Filled a few bird feeders last night so I need to finish that up.

 

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. Back on 7AM-7PM shift this week. Cloudy and warm and the rest of the TS moves through. Floor tile is being laid today, so won't be working on the bathroom. Maybe we can get some limb wood cut.

Not a great day here. We think Cricket's liver and pancreas are shutting down. It looked like she had turned the corner to recovery but now it doesn't look good. We are taking her to the vets this afternoon. Going to be a hard day.

 

Very sorry to here this. I hope the vet can help Cricket.

Cricket died at the vets. Her liver and pancreas shut down as we made the trip to the vets. She wouldn't have lasted the day even if we had kept her home.

 

Sorry for your loss. Cricket is out of pain. Cherish the memories.

Good morning everyone! Rain moving in this afternoon. I kinda want to go strawberry picking this morning, to put some in the freezer. I found a place that's further away, with tons of berries, and cheaper. The season will be over soon.
I got these icepop bags awhile back. I'm pureeing the strawberries and freezing them. Convenient for making frozen drinks. I don't think I have enough, do you?

Good morning! Cool overnight and getting up around 72* today. Beautiful fall weather! We managed to get the sofa and love seat out last night. It required taking the door off the hinges but we made it. The living room looks really odd with nothing but a chair now. Front yard needs mowing tonight.
