Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Started back on nites for the week, at least I can sleep in the hot part of the day...lol...
Worked on the house a couple more days, got a good bit done...
Going over to my cousin's house across the creek and get a couple oak trees the power company dropped. Then probably work on the house a bit more. Enjoy your day, its a present from GOD.

Good morning everyone! Looks like the rain may pass us by. Bummer.
Yesterday I got my ash scrounge split and stacked, and finally cut the rest of the cherry log. I want to split one round at least today, see how bad it will be. I definitely want to get it split fast, while it's wet. IMG_20210604_47478.jpg
Pinks are looking nice this morning. IMG_20210604_0749.jpg
Husband has worked 3 afternoons this week at his job. Trying to rope him back in...
    Have a great Friday!

    Good morning!
Rained throughout the night, sometimes quite heavy. I could hear the creek really running. Havent looked to see if any junk came down stream.
Quiet at work and took a mental health day. :)
Hopefully get some saw time but right now looks like more rain on the way.

Enjoy the day and count your blessings!

Some of that looks gnarly. Might be noodling time...
It's really dry down here too, grass is already going dormant, withering.

It did finally last nigh. I hope it becomes a habit. I think it is because last week was a tough one for me missing my Judy.

Wow @midwiner, I rarely see that with cherry. Remember too for the future that the longer it sits, usually cherry will split harder. Of course if one has hydraulics it doesn't count then.

Neighbor just left. He brought his splitter here so we can use it this weekend when a few of us will be doing some splitting.

Happy Friday! It's been a long short week. Finished up my compost bins last night and hauled another IBC tote to the front of the barn. This tote will be a roadside firewood stand. Hopefully I'll have it out and filled up this weekend. More weeds to spray since the rain earlier in the week. Oh, and it's hot and humid. :zip:

Morning All. It was supposed to rain the last two days and today. No rain so I gave up and ran the sprinkler this morning on my garden. For sure it will rain now. Went for our walk and it was windy so we do have a system moving in.
Busy day again with chores. I am helping with the Children church packages today. the church purchased a new photocopier and it is so much easier to get things done now.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good morning everybody. The Amish are back and had at it. About 75 heading to the 80s. Looks like they are making the doors.
    Hopefully done by Monday.
    Have a great day all.
    Stay safe and stay healthy.
