Good morning everyone! I moved wood yesterday, the last bit of reorganizing I want to do. Also picked up two more yellow cherry tomato plants, this brings me up to 16, mostly yellow cherries of different varieties, but some red ones as well.
The weatherman has upped the temps for next week into the 80's, I guess the pool is the next job. I just have to get the cover off, which is full of rainwater and tree gunk.
Today we'll have my grandson and his bike up. He's still learning how to ride it. We'll find a parking lot and give him some practice.

Good morning y'all. It is a SPLENDID SUNDAY here in Dixie. A almost cool 49° early AM, heading to 81°, blue sky day. Of course, I'm working today, thankful for a job. We better enjoy these spring temps, next week summer gets here with some mid 90's...

Morning all. Heavy overcast this morning with expectations of sprinkles later today. The vacant lot next door has been totally cleaned of broom, alder, blackberry and salmonberry. The owner had it completely smoothed down. I think he will be planting grass. That left a couple of blackberry stocks right next to our fence that I am going to try and get at today before it rains. I am going to start my squash seeds as well. Potatoes are coming up and the broccoli seems to have taken to the transplant.
Lots of things to do today.

Good late morning everyone. Been doing some cleaning and working on a food list for latter on this week. I had to stop in the middle of the list and eat something because my list was getting to long..Lol Hope you all have a great afternoon.

Good morning everyone! A beautiful day with a slim chance of rain we probably will miss out on. Gonna have to drag the hose out.
I've got one last tomato barrel to plant. Dump run and shopping too.
We helped my grandson practice on his bike yesterday. We weren't able to let go, he doesn't have the balance thing down yet.
The neighbors thug of a wisteria is blooming. It is constantly trying to invade my yard.

Good temps to do that. We are sitting at 51° right now, but will be in the 80's this afternoon...

It won't be long before he gets it.
It's crazy the difference in growing seasons. It's been at least a month since it bloomed down here.
It is very invasive...keep during early spring for little ones coming up. The seed pods pop open in the fall, and throw seeds a good distance. I hope it never gets in any trees close by...
Glad you don't have bamboo too.

 

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. Off today, so have to see what the day holds. We started on the first part of the bath remodel. Had to clean off 3 shelves, and take them down. Part of our old pantry...
I'll start a thread later. Need to build a temporary clothes rack, we have to clean out our main closet, gonna move the end wall about 2 ft.
