Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. Off again today, so let the fun begin. Having an early lunch with my cousin, then we are driving over to Warner Robins, about 1 1/2 hrs away, to Marble Masters, see about a quote for them to do our bath remodel.
We had a reverse day yesterday, rainy and in the 60's in the AM, got colder as the day went, low 50's and windy by PM. Did saw maintenance on 4 saws, ground 3 chains, we did get the rest of the pecan SS. got 1,25+ cords for the BBQ guy. Need to move the splitter and get set up on another shed.
Mike, that is a good price, we got ours on sale at Lowes, $2 bag.

I just looked at our yard weather station. It's up to 48° now, 66° inside.

Overcast with the promise of sunshine later today. Cricket has a vet appt. today. I really think she is making good progress. Her behaviour is nearly back to normal. good weather for a drive.

Good afternoon everybody. Gonna get close to 60 today. . Partly cloudy. Some wind but not much. Hopefully this place will dry out enough so they can work on the barn next week. Keeping fingers crossed.
Should be getting our triaxel in any day now.

Morning. Coffee is fine. Rerigging a new cane pole right now. Snapped one in half yesterday on a monster size 13 shellcracker shown below. He was 2” thick. I have caught a 3 lb beast before and he was close. Have a great Friday.

Good morning everyone! Today we're taking a drive to Portsmouth, which is on the coast. An internet buddy of my husband is staying there on a visit from Thailand. We'll get lunch somewhere. It's a beautiful day for it.

We really enjoy our weekends now. Julie spent 26 years working Friday and Saturday evenings in management. Now we both work 4 day weeks and have long weekends. We gave up the bbq catering so we could just play on weekends and enjoy the time.

 

Morning all. Overcast but dry this morning. Yesterday turned out to be clear and sunny and it looks like we are in for another stretch of good weather. Headed out for our walk this morning before breakfast.
Cricket's vet report was good. She is definitely improving. She is allowed to go for our walks now. She will be so happy to come with us.
Chores again today. Looking forward to resting tomorrow.
