TGIF. It's been a long day but it's all good. New garage door installed this morning so we're back to parking inside again. While I had to stay home for the installers, I moved more wood chips and mowed part of the back yard. Got back to work. Interviews didn't show today. I'll finish the back yard tonight. Tomorrow is spraying, string trimming, more mowing, spreading more wood chips and hopefully a nap somewhere in there. Glad to hear the good report Chazsbetterhalf ! Hope you're on the mend now T.Jeff Veal. Those naps are great medicine!

 

Morning. Enjoy the weekend. Coffee is great as usual. No fishing today. This place looks like a dorm room so I’m gonna get out my vacuum cleaner with a backhoe attachment and take care of that. Then lunch with friends. A chilly 63 here this morning, 86 later. Think spring...

Good morning everyone! I went to bed early and woke up early. Yesterday I picked up some scrap paneling and plywood at the dump, for stack covering. So, today I'll peel back the rubber roofing on my biggest stack, and put the paneling underneath. May change out the rubber roofing for a bigger piece as well, it's kind of a patchwork up there. My husband will come in handy to hand me stuff as I'm crawling around up there.
Rain coming on Monday! I've got some wood scattered about, so today's the day to tie up loose ends.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. Got some meds yesterday for this sinus crud, still not feeling to hot. Looks like our frig went kaput. Freezer is cold, frig isn't. Coils were dirty, cleaned them before I left for work, still not working......its about 10 yrs old...

Good morning folks. Well the dust has settled enough to be able to relax a bit. Rain is helping with that.
Have been enjoying the 2021 Volvo my company bought back in January. Totally loaded and real purdy she is!

Morning All. Raining this morning so no walking. So glad the week is over. It has been a busy one. Cricket is not out of the woods yet. A bit of a set back yesterday. I think it had to do with a change of meds.

Good morning everyone! I'll spend mother's day grandmothering. It will be a beautiful day, temps are creeping up into the 70's now.
The pool chlorine shortage is real. I went to a local discount store and the shelves were bare, except for powdered shock. I have a pretty good stockpile of tabs I got last fall, but in a pinch, I could add the shock a few times a day with a coffee scoop.
Yesterday I rearranged all the rubber roofing sections on to of my main stack. That was a fun job (not).
