Morning everyone...well maybe early afternoon all.

Putzing around in the backyard today. My bride planted a few new Tiger Lilly bulbs and a shrub while I moved some landscaping timber that acts as a border between the soon to be patio and annual flowers my wife plants along the fence.

Threw some wood in the fire pit and cooked some hotdogs for lunch. One dropped on the floor before it made it outside so the dogs get one cooked up too. :)

The Easter Lillys we bought for church are hanging in there despite a few nights in the 20s.

Hope all goes well for you.

Looks similar to a trenching shovel I use often

Nice, that Easter Lily will surprise you. We replanted one a couple years ago. It has spread and now we have several coming up.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. Almost got these 6 nights of work whupped...1 more to go...
Going to see mama at 9AM at the nursing home. They bring her up to the lobby, we get checked in, we get to give her a hug and then maintain our distance. We have 1 HR visit time. She was excited last time to see us. Felt great for us too. Probably split a few chunks and put them in the bins, maybe :saw:&:stacker: that grapple full of small trees we got on the corner clearing job. 0408211257a.jpg 0408211305.jpg
We have got to get pallets and splitter set up for oak and pecan. Local college is cooking butts May 5th and we are supplying the wood. Time is getting short with my schedule...
Remember the GOLDEN RULE, be encouraging, share a smile, lend a hand.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Good morning everyone! Brandon, all that rain! No hail? Looks like we stay dry after all. But, I'll be able to move some more wood today.
My grandson and I split a short fat oak round with wedges. At the end, he put it all back together again, like a puzzle.
Maybe I'll get my barrels ready for tomato plants. It's still too early to plant them, nights in the 30's for awhile. oC3VvJP.png
    Have a great Monday!

All your rain washed out the Blue Jays baseball game so no baseball watching yesterday.

Morning All. Absolutely clear sky this morning with the sun coming up already. Headed over to Mom's to pick her up and then we are headed down island. She has a dental appointment very early tomorrow morning.
No baseball watching so we dug up the new bed for the potatoes yesterday. Broke the ground with shovel and fork and then finished it off with our small rotortiller. Wednesday I will be able to plant potatoes. I started turning over the dirt in my original garden so I think I will planting peas on Wednesday. We have frost yesterday morning and again this morning. I may have to wait a while longer for anything else.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good morning everybody. 43* , overcast , with 83% chance for rain. So seems like a quiet day. Don't know if Jerry is going to give it a shot today or not.
    Have a great day all.
    Stay safe and stay healthy.

Good morning! Back in the office after a short vacation last week. Weather was mostly rainy over the weekend. Had a beautiful rainbow this morning. Thankful for God's promises! Vacation consisted of sightseeing along Lake Michigan.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

We started off at Indiana Dunes National Park (90 minutes from home). Then meandered our way up the coast on the Michigan side doing a mini lighthouse tour. Major stops included St. Joe, South Haven, Holland and Grand Haven. We were out 3 nights and never got more than 3 hours from home.

We took our niece since it was spring break and her parents never do anything with her. I think she enjoyed the food and hotel swimming pools most but seemed to have a good time every day.
