Your spring garden is gorgeous. I am definitely going to have to work on mine next fall.

 

Morning all. Sunshine this morning. It has cleared off nicely. Headed to Mom's today if she feels up to it. She has a tooth that is giving her problems. Tuesday she will be getting work done on it. campinspecter's boiler project is coming along. The plumbing is almost done. Busy day again.

Good afternoon everybody. Had some swelling in my lower legs last night. Most of it went away last night. Checked with docs office this morning and they want me to relax with my feet up. Guess I need to pull a chair out in the sunshine and do as the doctor ordered.

Dunno. Last year my fishing partner and I passed out somewhere around 15,000 fish in the county. They went to every race, creed, color, and religion. Some to churches, group homes, and the such...

this year we aren’t gonna fish that hard. Lot of work. I’m fishing in his boat now and when the cooler is full we are coming off the lake. We usually know the day before where the fish are going...

Happy Friday. Coffee and dulce de leche donuts. First time, not my favorite. There is a heavy Mexican influence in this town and I like to try all their different snacks. Really good hole in the wall Mexican restaurant nearby. Cheap eats and if you time it just right you can get hot chicharrones.

Finished the clearing job yesterday, so going to get my glasses. Need to get a roll of mulch hay for our son too.

Good morning everyone! Another sunny day here. I might buzz the front lawn today, first time this year.
Yesterday I got about a third of a cord of black locust moved from the woodshed into the basement. I'd like to get some dry oak into the basement as well, then I'll be ready for next winter! This is mostly about making room in my outside stacks.
There are a couple of ducks in the pool this morning. The cat has been keeping an eye on them.
