Sounds like a good time. Does the beer freeze if you keep it outside the door? Take some pics...especially of the cabin. Probably lots of snow up there.

 

Everything freezes except hard liquor, if left outside. Coolers are used. Left outside during the day. Brought in at night.

The person at the Saco Ranger station, told me the snowpack in the woods was about 2ft. Perfect for snowshoeing.

We go twice a year. Here's some pics from this past November.

Coffee is nice.

just renewed my fishing license online and ordered hard copies. I donated $50 to the youth programs that hopefully helps kids get into the outdoors.

Same here Mike , I got up about 45 minutes ago , stumbled down the hall to the kitchen , turned on the coffee pot and looked out the window . Yup more snow.
Not what I was planning on having to deal with this morning that's for sure.

Last weather forecast said we were not going to get this , why am I not surprised.
Will need extra coffee this morning !

Good morning everyone! Getting my shot this afternoon, not sure what I'll do until then. Next big snow will be next Tuesday, so I've go time to bring in more wood. No motivation to do anything else outside. I saw some pin oak rounds at the dump a couple days ago and left them there.
Main preoccupations lately have been food and stocks. Come on spring!

DD is short for due diligence, in other words, research a stock before you buy it. At the very least, go to the company website and read about what they do, and their past press releases.

 

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. Light fog, mist, 60° now, heading up to 70's. Possible rain late evening/tonight. Got to finish and deliver our 3rd load of wood, managed to get 1 done each day I was off, along with several other errands. Still haven't gotten hydraulic valve put on tractor yet, also waiting on QA adapter for tractor to come in.
We are going out with some friends tonight to celebrate Miz Carol's early b-day, which is Sunday.
This is the day the LORD has made, I will REJOICE and be GLAD.
