Oh yeah. I'll use it for the driveway, and then out to my compost bins and woodyard. The deck and front stairs to the mailbox, will be shovel.

Single digits ahead for weekend. This'll be around for a while.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. It rained here yesterday, so I worked in the equipment shed. Added another section of shelves, this will be the saw chain station and bar oil, mix oil storage. Going to add a narrow shelf up top for chain box/small item storage. 0126211353.jpg

I was going to work last night, my wife said her mom wouldn't answer her phone. Neighbor checked on her, she wasn't breathing. I went by and deputy told me she had passed away. My sweet MIL will be missed. She enjoyed being around us at the woodyard...:(:(...and she loved helping with church projects.

She sounds like she was a helpful, caring lady. I liked those pictures you posted of her trying to help with the wood. I hope Miz Carol takes comfort that she went peacefully, and that she was able to spend time with her mom nearby before she passed.

Morning All. Busy day yesterday. A simple hour job for campinspecter turned into an all day job as we had to go down island to get stuff to do the job. Left here under sunny skies and really windy. Half way there it was snowing and winter. The town we went to had snow in the parking lots and beside the roads. Came back here to full moon out and just above freezing. A real winter wonderland in between. It was nice to look at but I am glad it is not here right now.

I think we move the new boiler into position today so campinspecter can start lining everything up to connect it. I have soup to make, bookwork and maybe sewing.

    Everyone have a great day.

A few shots of my "habit trails" around the yard.

From the house out to the screen house IMG_20210127_103936887.jpg

Looking back at the house from the screen house.

Down the side of the screen house and around back IMG_20210127_095437875.jpg

Turning the corner. Bird seed storage shed. Compost bins just betond. And the woodyard

Clearing just enough to access the next stacks to pull from

    Even trails by the tooldhed

The snow let's the white pines showoff.

Exactly. It's a slight slope between house and yard.

    Good morning, all.

    Mid-20's here to start.

I'll be topping off the deck rack this morning, ahead of the cold snap heading here for tomorrow and weekend. Overnight lows forecasted for single digits.

    Then,. Run a few errands.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

Good morning everyone! Didn't go anywhere yesterday, just shoveled, cleaned a couple of saws, and helped my husband refill the waterbed. Today I've got errands, though.
Looking forward to burning some black locust tomorrow!
I'm going to start wearing two masks, as suggested. It would be a shame to get sick two weeks before my vaccination appointment.
Tomorrow is supposed to be my husband's last day of work. I'll believe it when I see it. HD92opz.png
    Have a good day!

Mostly donated and scrounged from cleanups. I was on the smoke side today and will smell like a campfire all day...
