It's 26° right now...nice frost out there

 

Mission accomplished!


It started to flurry when I was about half done. I moved 3 log dolly loads there, and a fourth up to the deck.

Always nice to be outside doing stuff while it's snowing. So long as you're not slipping.

 

Morning All Had a nice visit with Mom yesterday. It turned out to be a nice day and wasn't windy. This morning the wind is howling around the house and we have a wind warning again for the area. Indoor chores today I think as there is probably rain with the wind.

Mid-30's to start. Mid-40's later. Big rains tomorrow. 1-2 inches.

Remains to see what plans the day has for me. I do have to get around to sharpening my saw chains, at some point.

Good morning everyone! Yesterday I moved wood around. It had to happen. Today I'll split more ash, and get everything covered up before all the rain. Also shopping, don't want to do that tomorrow.
Anyone else really hoping to get through this next stretch of days without any more mayhem? I know I am. We have enough on our plate as it is. I hope people just stay home.

No plans here to go anywhere over the weekend. Football, and hockey on TV to nap with.

If she's feeling up to it, maybe a change of scenery today with a ride to the Cape Cod Canal with Mrs Mikeinma. Get takeout somewhere and park along the canal. If nice enough, go for a walk on the canal bike path.

 

Might as well take advantage of the warm temp! Gonna get cold in a few weeks.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Sound like rain on the roof this morning, so I'm being lazy at the moment. Need to move the splitter and get set up to cut a trailer load for my welder friend. Got to go back on nites for 5 days, really enjoyed my 3 days off. Got 4 loads delivered...
