Good morning all! I had a great time with my grandson yesterday. I told him a joke,What does a candle flame smell like?
Burt nose hairs! and he got it, with a little explaining. Camp is going well, there are a few kids from his school there, and they swam in the pool Monday.
Dry but cloudy today, and I intend to do a lot of splitting. This weekend I'm going overnight to visit an uncle in upstate NY.

Good afternoon all. It is overcast with 80 degrees. Also humid. Took Holly for a run on 4-wheeler. Even when it is overcast the temps drop 5 degrees at least.

 

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. One more night to go, then off the weekend. I hope y'all don't mind, but I want to share a story about today, 18 years ago...maybe y'all will understand why I share JESUS like I do...I was there a few minutes after it happened.....
18 years ago this morning, time stood still in Goat Town...as GOD had it planned, an off route trucker and a minivan crossed paths in front of the store. We don't always understand why things happen like they do, but GOD showed HIS MERCY to daddy, he didn't have to worry about cancer anymore...every day as I go home, I cross the spot where daddy took his last breath, I am reminded all along as I hear of friends passing away, some older, some younger than me, that is a trip we all must take...where we spend our final destination is our choice...GOD has already made the way easy for us, but HE isn't going to force you to accept HIM. PLEASE make the right choice while you still have time...you never know if you will see home again...
Miss you daddy, I know you probably shake your head at some of my crazy ideas...but you taught me if you don't try, you will never know...

Good morning! It's a rainy day, but the upside is the house will get cleaned. We're going to my sister in law's 70th birthday party at a seafood restaurant this evening. My son is coming too. Should be a good time.

Just the last couple of days, I have heard of friends suddenly dying through accidents and this verse comes to mind. To paraphrase - Today is the day of your salvation. Make your choice today. There may not be tomorrow.
