Good morning everyone! Pictures of the snow out in northern Wisconsin and elsewhere have put the fear in me. Not much more time for winter prep. It's so easy to get used to these 70° days. Today I'll get the shed cleaned out.
I'll make a big leaf pile for my grandson to jump in. All those pretty maple leaves are mostly on the ground now.
They have found a guy they may hire as my husband's replacement, so maybe he'll finally get to retire, after training the new guy. I like the idea of keeping him close to home over the winter, if things get bad.

Morning All. Just above freezing, raining and really windy this morning. NO walking. I spent some time in the garden and sewing room yesterday. No scheduled days take a bit of getting used to but I think I really like it. Indoor jobs today.

Good morning everyone. I agree with you Molly. I am probably going to have my last outdoor day today. Suppose to jot the 70s and will take a nose dive tonight. All my boys are forecasted snow this weekend. Need to run to the redemption center and then once get home take Holly for a run.

Good morning. Snow is hanging tough so no yard work. It is 22f now with more snow tomorrow.

My hunting buddy is lining up a farm raised elk for us to quarter and haul out for us to process at home. We are going to do this tomorrow or next Saturday.

 

Sounds like winter is on the way.
That should be some great meat

 

Good morning everyone! Did I clean out the shed yesterday? No. Did I make firewood? Yes.
I'll try to be more disciplined today. At least I got the lawn mowed.
New neighbors moved in next door! A younger couple, we waved, but haven't spoken yet. And the guy across the street said he's selling the food truck. He's still in the game though, he's been selling food out of a trailer in the Home Depot parking lot.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. Still working nights, got 2 more to go. We cleaned up and made some room in the storage shed. Have some long missed friends coming by the first of the week, moving some things to the shed. Then nap time again.

Good afternoon all. Yesterday we had 75*temps. Today 41.
Chaz has been working on the 2nd new phone and this one will not get wifi either
He has been dropped, blind dump back onto the queue. Now he has is trouble shooting the router. He is about fed up.
