Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. Got off night shift yesterday morning. Finished filling the shed we were working on, then delivered a load of wood late in the evening. Got to fix up a load for a new customer, he needs 22-24" wood for a fireplace. They just like to look at it, took out the insert...
I have some 6-7 yr old oak at the shop, so gonna load 1/2 load of that and cut some oak we got early spring, that part was hollow, should be drier. 51°out/70°inside this morning.

Afternoon all. Warm and smoky here today. California, Oregon and Wash fire smoke has made its way back up here with our high pressure system. Spent a good day at Mom's yesterday. It was very warm. Only downside was that the Blue Jays lost. Hoping for better results today or else they are out.

Good morning everyone! I have cracked the code on how to get wood - just keep emptying the driveway stack, and more wood will appear!
Apparently life requires that I have a pile of wood in the driveway at all times. I can live with that!
So, today I'll slice it all up into useable rounds and dog crate filler, and see how far I get moving it out of the driveway. It will be a beautiful day, with a high of 72°.
My mushroom stroganoff came out great! I'm not dead yet.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. Had to deliver a load of wood to town yesterday, then on the way to pick up our oldest daughter, we spotted a big post oak that wasn't leaning over the road anymore...found out it belongs to Tennille UMC. Got in touch with someone there and got the go ahead to clean it up. Thats6 where we are headed this morning. I'll get some pics, so it will happen...
