Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SPLENDID SUNDAY. I'm working 7AM-7PM today...then the fun begins...took a few vacation days along with my days off...don't come back till Sept 25th...woo hoo. We were supposed to be getting on the plane in the morning, headed to Seattle, the cruise to Alaska, but we know how that ended...already had my vacation days on the calendar, so I planned a couple short trips instead for our anniversary. Miz Carol will have put up with me 32 yrs Wednesday. And she doesn't know where we are going...
Oh, we will have time to work on the woodyard too.

I hope you can make it to a beach somewhere. Your trip to the driftwood beach looked awesome!

He's meeting a stump pulling guy today or tomorrow to get a quote. Maybe he will have a recommendation.

 

I'll share some pics. Do have a surprise planned for her. Don't know that we will make it to the ocean this time.

Awesome morning this morning. I think it is going to break out and quite warm. Gardening, baseball watching, bookkeeping on the agenda for today. I should get going at it soon instead of sitting here surfing FHC.

I hope to fire up the lawn mower and run it over the yard. Objective is to get whatever is growing, to the same height.

The humidity starts to come back tomorrow, so mowing the yard is today.

Good morning everyone! Mowing the back yard is one of my goals. Plus more digging! I got this done yesterday.
After separating the clumps of daylilies, I have a fair amount left over. I have to get them in the ground somehow!
My husband wants me working in the basement, but he'll have to wait until the humidity comes back.

Good morning! Hope everyone has a great Labor day. No matter what plans you have for today.

 

Ooooh I ache this morning. Spent all day in the garden. Lost the big squash and another one to bugs. Still have hopes for a few others. cleaned up part of the garden and planted spinach, carrots, peas and pac choy. I want to see how they will do going into the fall. I think I am about three weeks late but you never know.

headed over to Mom's today. Probably spend some time in her garden as well. Foggy this morning but it will clear off by noon.

Good afternoon all. Saturday and Sunday Chaz and I worked on splitting and stacking some wood. Got about a cord done. Got another cord to go. This will be for next year. Got a new Fisker's. Forgot to take pics. Rained all morning and Chaz is out grocery shopping. Overcast and about 64. Think more rain is coming in.

Good morning. We were up north and enjoyed some nice fall weather. Had one fire Sunday morning and filled the cabin mud room with firewood in preparation for fall hunting camps.

 

Good morning everyone! A hot summer day today, just a few left until some cool weather comes in. The end of this week, I'll close the pool. Today I've got a dentist appointment, and a big dump run to make. I filled up a lot of yard bags this long weekend.
