Good morning everyone! More digging and weeding for me today. I neglected this all last summer.
Hope our new neighbors will appreciate it, the house next to us is up for sale (the angry guy with the rocks on his front lawn). It will probably sell fast.
It feels like a Saturday, since my husband is home today. It's so nice having him work part-time! He has enough time to do projects around the house, and gets out of my hair periodically, lol. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning. yesterday we finally got the rain that was predicted all week and then it cleared up in the afternoon. Overcast this morning. I am working on a pair of drapes for Mom. I think I will have to wash the floor in the basement to lay them out to work on. Not used to working with so much material. Good thing they aren't floor length drapes.

Good morning everyone! Another coolish dry day, so I'll be elbows deep in my digging project in the garden. I'd like to get it all planted up tomorrow, I have too many plants dug up in buckets of water, can't get sidetracked. Plus I can spy on the realtor and prospective buyers next door. A few came by yesterday.
I love this weather, but the pool is down around 72° now! Have a great day, all!

 

Traveling today. Going to pick up the truck and get the car serviced. Dogs are getting their teeth clean. I have almost finished one curtain. The material I picked was on sale and very nice looking but it isn't easy to sew. Thankfully the iron makes it look good.

Windy out there this morning and it is suppose to rain.

Have a few errands to run.
Invited my little brother and wife up for a bonfire Saturday night. Not sure if they will make. His wife just had her 2nd cataract surgery the other day.

Last day of work for me, heading into my 7 days off...
Probably get lawn equipment ready to go when I get off, got a couple yards to cut in the morning, then hope to work on the woodpile some more. Got to keep on keeping on...one day, one log, one round, one split at a time.
