Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. I'm back working 7AM-7PM this week, got 4 days to make, then hit the long days off again. Hope to work more on the hickory when I get off. We have had numerous pop-up thunderstorms lately. Had one Saturday evening, almost 1/2" of rain, gotten close to 3" in the past week or so. Grass is really growing now.
Our son was lucky, the golf cart he got Saturday is electric, he was working on the back of it, had the seat up and one of the batteries blew up. Only got a little acid on his arm, which he quickl6 washed off. So thankful he wasn't leaning over the seat...

Good morning everyone! We got some rain last night. Guess that's my cue to mow the lawn.
Today I'm going to tackle another overgrown garden bed. I got most of my cooking projects done yesterday. I still have to fry up a bunch of diced bacon and put it in little bags in the freezer. It's supposed to be for salads, but my husband snacks on most of it.
