    Good morning folks. Day off from work and because of the rain out over the weekend have to play catchup. Got the big score of ash and silver maple to get.
    Mowing and had a dead ash drop into the back yard Saturday. Shout out to MikeInMa Happy Birthday hoping the same as T.Jeff for ya!

    Foggy this morning. Here in BC, it is a long weekend although me being on holidays, it really doesn't affect me. Headed over to Mom's today to finish my sewing project and get set up for the next one. It rained most of the day yesterday. Went down and picked peas for the salad campinspecter made. We will be picking peas for a few days. Everyone have a great day.

    Good morning everyone! Well, the storm is expected to track west, so my area will get a line of thunderstorms this evening, if we're lucky. And wind. Kind of disappointing.
    Did your stove get fixed, MikeInMa?
    My neighbor was banging on his van door yesterday, attaching a strip of sheet metal over two big rusty gashes. It must have failed inspection. His BMW is out on the street, dead, with the windows open.
    Today I'll put the shelving rack that my husband tripped over, causing him to dislocate his shoulder, into use in the basement. OldTimes.jpg

    The oven's controll panel was replaced, but the inside oven light, won't shut off. New switch ordered. We'll see what happens next Monday. Circuit breaker is off, cureently.

    We were told that the oven is usable. So, we'll probably heat it up and use it, before Monday.

    Yesterday afternoon was hot and gorgeous. We spent the day at Mom's. I am almost finished my couch cover project. the ferry waits for no one so I didn't get the last row of stitching done or the last three chairs covered. It was a great day. We will head back over there on Thursday I think. Today is bookkeeping, my lesson study for the children's class on Sabbath and meeting up with co-workers for tea this afternoon. Everyone have a great day.
