Good morning, sister. Take a dip in the pool to cool off while you are cutting grass

Good morning. Overcast but supposed to clear off so campinspecter is headed out for a load of wood. I get to stay home and work this morning. Busy week ending off the school year. Sounds like we won't know what September brings until Aug 20. Probably similar to what we are doing now. Everyone have a great day.

Good morning all, 75 degrees yesterday and today!! Hope to clean up some logs laying by the splitter, have two cedar trees that I am going to cut the limbs off of and leave the logs (5-7" diameter) for some cedar bowls later. Want to burn the brush and clean up the wood lot. Got another load of the construction cut offs and need to keep the wood lot space available for whenever they bring more loads of the cut offs. Be safe and stay healthy.

I hate those things, very destructive! If you have trouble finding them just look at the base of the plant. Little black pieces of hornworm poop. The little bugger will be right above that.

    Good morning, folks.

The humidity broke! It'll be back tomorrow, but I'm happy for one day of lower dewpoints.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy.

Good morning everyone! A nice cool morning, my husband sharpened the 180, and I'll be off to Winchester in a little while. We had a short but heavy rainfall yesterday. I hope it it's less crunchy out in the woods, too. eYE01Gk.jpg
    Have a good day all.

Morning all. Gorgeous day ahead of us. I was reading Psalms 65 and 66 this morning and thought they were perfect praise songs about the blessings of the Lord. I pray that your day is blessed.

Good morning all. Heck of a storm blew in yesterday late afternoon. Was worn out anyway and ready to stop. Got a bunch of logs cut to size, the two cedar trees trimmed, logs cut to 5' and all brush burnt. Bonus, my third load of construction cut offs arrived! Going over to mom's (her retirement house is on our farm) to get her van backed out of the garage and take our van over for her to use. We bought my dad a side by side and he used it a couple of days, but it has been sitting for a couple years in their garage. Going to charge the battery and see what it will take to get it running, she wants to drive it around the farm! Then while it is cooler than 90, hope to finish cutting the logs around the splitter to size so I can split later. T.Jeff Veal thanks for this thread and doing what you do to keep it going! Be safe and stay healthy all!
