    Good morning everyone. 60f and fair here. It is calm. The oldest son and I are going to put the boat in the back of the pick-up to go fishing in an hour or so. Later it may hit close to 80f today, but not humid.

    Seriously though....since I’m buying crickets in bulk I have to feed them. They love Cheerios but the thing that makes them super fat is oranges. Lost a thumb to one the other day...

    It took us until almost 7 AM but my boy and I ended up with 36 bluegill and 3 crappie in the creel this morning. Done cleaning, and out in the garden this morning getting ready to incorporate the fish remains, along with lawn clipping and dry leaves into the latest hot compost which is cooking at 160f.

    My potato bed is really putting on some vines. Soon there will be new potatoes with our fish fry!

    Morning All. Misty, trying to rain morning here. In a bit we will head out for a walk. Peaceful looking out on the water. Mornings like this bring to mind Psalm 19:1 Zoom church later today so we get to see and encourage each other. We don't live in the community our church is in so we don't even see each other in passing on the street. Nice not having the travelling but you miss the visiting.
