    Good morning.

Just got caught up reading here....been uber busy!

Hopefully your ear heals well T Jeff!

    I'm hungry for lobster...

DST is just wrong imo.....summer/winter business hours could have solved the "problem" without tampering with the clocks.

    40/73 & sunny.

Planning to work on the roof job for the first half of the day, then we gotta go back to Saturdays auction and pick up a board edger I bought.

    Have a blessed day everybody!

    Friday's pine stuff.....

Glad the wind has let up. Yesterday I saw where a vehicle towing a trailer almost lost the trailer after the wind caught it. The trailer was loaded with canoes. Too light to cross with those winds. I can imagine with the canoes upside down and light, a strong gust hits and the trailer flips over. It probably inches away from falling and that ridge is high over the water. They saved it then the wrecker kept fastened to the trailer after they got it off the railing. Then they escorted the guy across the rest of the way. I imagine traffic was held up a long time.

Another bright and beautiful day in store for us.

Good morning. I have the day off, so it figures I am up as early as usual, in anticipation of getting a lot of things done at home during this glorious stretch of all weather.

    Good morning, members .

Nice autumn day. 42⁰/64⁰ sunny. becoming breezy

Time to top off the wood rack on the deck. We've been having morning fires most every day. I'll also refill my stick bucket. Used as kindling.

    Running a few errands later.

    Go C's and B's!!

    Be safe
    Be healthy

Good Morning… :coffee: … mold arrived around 1 … was making parts by 3:30…. Every thing looked rather good on the repair job… so hopefully it was substantial enough to resist the forces this time… it’s one of those outliers that doesn’t follow traditional rules….

    Good morning, ya'll
Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 42⁰ here in town, heading towards 76⁰. Clear. Finishing up 6PM-6AM shift for the week. Off a couple days, we are going to our friends place and trim up the ditches and clean out the gutters. Then taking the new toy and having muffler installed, probably grab a pizza while we're in that town.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Edit...when I got home, Goat Town Weather Channel says it's 35⁰ here. Built a quick fire.

A terrible way to start the day. Cold in the house and disgusted with insurance. I was supposed to go to hospital this morning but last evening when I got mail I got notice from insurance they have denied the claim. :hair: Guess I am supposed to live this way and smile... :headbang:

Didn't roll out until it was light enough to see outside today. Sounded like a couple of swans honking close by this morning-they must be passing through.

Going to grab some bandsaw mill slabs this morning. Guy tested me last evening. I don't know if they are pine or ash since he was cutting both but they'll make good fire pit wood no matter what.

Morning all. Overcast and dark this morning.

I have been busy the last couple of days. Sunday was moving firewood and power washing the deck. My knee didn't like the last one.
Yesterday was bookkeeping, grocery shopping and cooking.
Today is vacuuming the church and chores around the house. If I have time this afternoon, I am going to try finishing the power washing of the front sidewalk.

    Everyone have a great day.

Appreciate the update but can't like the denial or the insurance co. that made it! I am in the middle of rereading John Grisham's "The Rainmaker". I feel like maybe busting some corporate kneecaps!:eek:

Your state should have an insurance Ombudsman. You might talk to them. Sometimes just telling your insurance co. that you are considering filing a complaint will get things moving! Unless, of course, it is Medicare.
