    Good morning.

    68/95....oh how I hate summer!

Planning to haul a bunch of hay today, got a decent deal on the goats year's supply of fuel at the auction.

    Have a blessed day everybody!

Got the house covered for the predicted rain tomorrow.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. Goat Town Weather Channel says it's 52⁰ this morning, heading to 87⁰, clear. Finished up the extra 6PM-6AM shifts I've been working, now off till Friday night. Guess we're going to put the bush hog on the tractor and go to the deer camp and start on the mowing job they want us to do. Lots of trails and openings to clean up.
We got the neighbor's yard cleaned up yesterday, took 4 hrs.
    Be blessed, be a blessing.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Save your back and split vertical so you don't have to lift the logs onto the splitter. Just some friendly advice from you Uncle Dennis. :D

Record high temp yesterday at 86 degrees. Another 80-degree day forecast for today then come the cool down; back to normal.

The way I have now of loading large rounds with the crane, rolling them off the trailer into the wood yard and then setting the splitter vertical with the base grid actually works great. I just roll a round a couple of feet to the grid and topple it under the splitter wedge. The the grid of box tube metal allows me slide the round fairly easily to make small adjustments. I just need to keep it clear of debris. I would never reveal any of this to anybody but you Uncle Dennis!:)

    Good morning, members.

The sun returns today. 60⁰/72⁰ dewpt higher than I like 60⁰ chance of showers closer to sunset.

Hoping to get a morning walk in.

It's Mrs MikeInMa's birthday today! We'll be going out to a late lunch with her SIL. The two of them were born in the same hospital, one day apart. Families weren't known to each other. My SIL loves to declare she's younger.

    Be safe
    Be

    Morning FHC....

Here in the U.P. we had two hot and windy days (sat. and sun.).

Seems unusual, but there are a few wildfires in the U.P. now. Some have been contained and others are still being fought.

The temperature didn't get as high yesterday but the dewpoint got higher which made it worse. I'm going to see if I can put more wood on the porch today before the big cool down arrives.

Yesterday my son came to help me some. Got tractor greased too as my body no doubt could not handle that right now. He also went with me to get diesel fuel then put it in tractor. I won't even try to lift 5 gallons of it right now. It is nice to have help when it is needed.
