    Yikes!!! The world came to a halt this morning. Power was on but NO internet or cell service. Cash only when shopping. Even my landline didn't work. Strange situtation.

    We are doing well. campinspecter was able to move firewood on his own yesterday. A little bit at a time. We almost have all the firewood that was stacked outside for the last 7 years into the wood shed. Good feeling about it.

    Morning all. Heavy fog and drizzle again this morning. The rest of the province is sweltering in a heat wave meanwhile we haven't been hitting 70F. Sun came out for a couple of hours in the afternoon before the fog moved in again.
    Strange day yesterday as vandalism took out our main supplies of internet, TV, cell and landlines. Shops didn't have credit card service, security companies didn't have contact with their systems and it was the second day of school which is heavily dependent on internet service. It lasted until the afternoon.
    Today is a much better day. Off to visit Mom this afternoon and leave campinspecter to either watch a ball game or process firewood.

    No, he hasn't been ill, just plagued with back issues from disks being compressed. If he is careful not to lift or strain too much, all is well.
