Good morning everyone! 53 outside. The house was cold and damp and high for today is in the 60's. First fire of the season with lumber cutoffs.

We did get some rain yesterday. Just a shower, unfortunately. We are now ~5in below average since 6/1.

The boys finished the fender project yesterday, meanwhile I sawed lumber.

Morning all. Overcast and rain/fog/drizzle. Fog cleared up early yesterday but there was a high haze in the sky all day. Fog was back by 8:00 PM
Forecast is for showers today.
Daughter and SIL arrived just before midnight last night and left at 5:00 AM this morning. They are headed out on a camping trip and needed to catch a ferry this morning.
Lady only got to play for about 10 min last night and the same this morning.

23 Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” 24 Martha said to Him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.” John 11:23, 24

Lazarus had died and was buried. Jesus spoke to Martha about Lazarus rising again. Martha knew that Lazarus was dead, knowing nothing, oblivious to all happenings in the world yet she had faith that on the last day of earth's history, he would rise again to new life at the first resurrection. We all have this promise in the Bible texts. Death for those who have faith in Jesus, who love him, who are looking forward to his return, holds no fear. Although we may sleep for 10 years, 50 years, or 100 years, when we wake to Jesus calling our name at his glorious return to this earth, death will seem like a moment to us. We will rise to life eternal with our Lord and Saviour. Come Lord Jesus, come.

We were up early and did a sauna. It was in the low 40s so it felt great to step outside between rounds. Sunny and 60s today.

Finally got the fish tank cleaned, reset and a few new fish in it...

Thank ya'll. We have had that tank for over 20 years.
It's a 125 gal tank, 6' long. Before we installed the wood stove/ hearth, we had a saltwater reef tank the same size as that one on opposite side of house.
