4 large tomatoes
2 yellow summer squash
3 cucumbers.

Squash and half the tomatoes were sauted with an onion, garlic, and sweet red pepper.

Paired nicely with meatballs reheated in a crock pot.

 

Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a SUPER SATURDAY. It was nice outside until about 8:30AM, temps have climbed since...89⁰ with 65% humidity...feeling like 100⁰...glad I'm working in the control room. My last day of 6AM-6PM shift this week. Off a couple days, I hope. A co-operator on my side is expecting another grandchild sometime in the next week...

It miserable outside, just came in from an hour of spraying and 3 hours of mowing. Im drenched with sweat and exhausted. Praying for an early winter.

Finally have a day off, going to worship with my church family this morning, then we are going with another couple this afternoon to Sam's Club and a good meal. We will drop off a cheesecake Miz Carol made for another friend on the way.

Morning all. Overcast with the promise of drizzle. It was really needed around here but it put a damper on the town festival yesterday as it poured when the parade happened. Ball tournament and drag racing today. Hopefully it won't rain.

Bookkeeping and watching the Blue Jays happening today. Chores this afternoon but I hope to get into the sewing room for a couple of hours.

Right now it's 69 with 91% humidity heading to 92 degrees.

 

Hope the walks are refreshing and fun

 

We're about the same, 71⁰ with 100% humidity, high of 93⁰.

 

I'm now icing my ankle after a 1 mile walk. It'll be a while before resuming the 2 miles I had been doing.

We had rain overnight and it has started up again. We will be seeing off and on showers and thunderstorms thru the day. I have to take my wife to her PT appt this morning.
