    Good morning, members.

    Summer heat returns today. 62⁰/89⁰ sunny.

    We're close to being included in the beginning stages of drought. We're 4+ inches of rain, below average since 6/1. Rain is several days away, so they say.

    Mrs MikeInMa experienced light headedness, headache, and high BP. Off to the ER at 7pm. We got back home midnight:30. Various tests, scans, blood draws took place. Nothing was diagnosed that would be referred to as an emergency. Follow-up with her primary doctor will be next step.

    Not venturing far from Mrs MikeInMa today. I'm sure there'll be napping going on.

    Yesterday was both hot and cool. Rain in evening.

    swimming was chilly but still plenty of bathers in the water. Not me. Too cold for my body.

    Morning all. Heavy fog this morning so everything is wet. We are supposed to be in for a warm stretch so I am sure the grass will start growing again.
    Off to visit Mom this morning.
    Last week the BC government announced the BC Medal of Good Citizenship awards. Mom was a recipient of one. There will be a presentation in the fall.

    Good morning everyone! Hot and humid. I just did the treadmill and had to significantly slow my pace as my knees were not liking the humidity. I'm ready to be in wood stove season.
