Bookkeeping and house cleaning today. Church board meeting tonight if we get enough members there.

Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a MARVELOUS MONDAY. High of about 69-70°, cloudy and showers. Off today, not much happening. I did get a Dr's appointment this afternoon for the kidney stones. See what he says.
Got home from work last night, had to go get my sister in law's car about 60 miles from home...borrowed a friend's car hauler, dropped it off at my nephew's shop. Think the fuel pump went out again.
Well, that's life sometimes.

This is a day early. My wife has to be at the hospital at 5:30AM tomorrow for her second knee replacement surgery. The first one done on April 1 turned out really well. Hope she does as well with the second one. As long as God directs the Dr's hands. all should be well.

 

May JESUS guide the Dr's hands and may JESUS give your wife comfort during her recovery.

Decent day regarding temps, but ground level smoke means our windows stay closed. 64⁰/75⁰

We had a relaxing day yesterday. The last of my extended birthday weekend.

I need to run a few errands before dealing either indoor stuff.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 69°/79° cloudy with rain showers all night. More for today. Probably got close to 3" yesterday.
Start my 6PM-6AM tonight.
My Dr's appointment went fine, still have the stone working it's way down, but kidney is draining, no pain right now, that's the good news...
The ultrasound showed 2 large stones in left kidney, we will schedule the jackhammer to break them up soon,
don't want any surprises on our upcoming trips in September and October.
Remember the GOLDEN RULE

Coffee & work.
Got the tank in the ground and hooked up the inlet side.
Dug up the old tank, and of course...... splashed sewer all the way to the roof of the house when I was trying to get the pipe off so it would drain before we cut it to hook to the new system.

Morning all. we got rain yesterday. A real downpour for about 1/2 hr Drizzle off and on since then. Sun is trying to come out and show its face. I think in the coming days the high pressure ridge will be building again so back to good weather. The lower part of Vancouver Island has a major fire burning right now. I hope they get some of the rain we got.

Chores to do today. I hope to spend the afternoon in the sewing room.

No matter how careful you are with sewage, these things happen. Emptying our RV black tank every couple of days last summer became quite the adventure at times.

 

Surgery for my wife went well today. We made it back home by 4 this afternoon. The next couple of weeks will be the worst but we do have some good meds.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 70°\80° showers likely. We had 4" Monday plus some lite showers yesterday, getting pretty soggy down here. One night down, several more to go. Kidney stone only hurt 1 time last night.
Supposed to meet a guy @8AM, he wants to get the old axles off the equipment trailer, then we have a funeral @11AM.
Nap time after that.
