Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 73°\80°......unbelievable...DP 73°...Not a bad morning at all, especially compared to the last few days. Working 6AM-6PM again today. Kidney stone woke me up about 3AM, got in the hot shower about 3:30 and it eased off. Got up @5AM for work. Hope I can see Dr next week.
Cooking dirt is on the menu for today.
I sure miss the woodyard, but the AC has felt nice this week.

Good morning.

63/83 pretty okay weather for August in south misery.

Planning to dig in the dirt today......dug in the dirt all day yesterday as well.

The bil called Thursday evening and said the toilet wouldn't flush......so, yesterday morning I dug up the old steel septic tank and sure enough it has done what old steel tanks do best.
Anyways we're installing a new concrete tank, plus replacing the drain field.

Meanwhile Tom worked on the porch.

Morning all. Overcast but no fog down to the water. We have two huge yachts anchored out in the harbour. Makes everything else look small and they aren't really. A big sailboat with a very tall mast is tied up in the marina. More and more boats are big. Not the size we had. Sun will probably come out later today. Everything is starting to dry out.

It is one thing to believe in God and trust in his Word but to solidify your faith, you must act on it. Sharing with others and being the hands and feet of Jesus in ministering to those who don't know him yet are ways to be doers of the Word. Being the example to others of what God has done in your life brings to life the Word of God in your life. Today, take time to do something nice for someone else. Pray with them or give an encouraging word to someone who is struggling.

Yesterday, I finished the septic tank hole, meanwhile Tom got a bit more done on the porch.

Morning all. Overcast and cooler this morning. Should get sunshine this afternoon. I think we are actually in the extreme fire rating now. Very unusual for our end of the island.

Went out for breakfast, doing laundry and watching the Blue Jays game this morning. We will decide whether to go up to the church today or tomorrow to clean and mow lawns after the game. Only the shady side of the church needs lawn mowing so it shouldn't take long.

Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. 70° and cloudy......had some showers a few times today, helped keep it cool.
Last day of 6AM-6PM shift for the week.
Kidney stone has been a pain today, started hurting on the way to work, eased off and has shown out a few times since then. Hope I can see a Dr tomorrow.
At least work has been smooth.
I'm not gonna complain much, I have a coworker with prostate cancer, he was out for the radiation treatments, came back to work for about a month, now the Drs just did the pellet implants on him. He can't be in close contact with family or pets for 14 days because of radioactivity. He jokingly said he would probably glow in the dark...

Decent temps today. 60⁰/85⁰ humidity in check.

Now, if the Canadian smoke pump would just shut off. We had an orange moon last night. yuk

We'll be day tripping to the Cape Cod Canal today. It's about an hour away. We'll find some tree shade to sit in. Lots of options. If we need to move, we will. I think there's a pretty good chance that a couple of lobsters will find their way into a cooler for the ride home.
