Morning all. Cooler with overcast this morning. We are supposed to get a drizzle/shower today. I hate to say it but we could do with it. No fog though.

How comforting is this verse. When times are chaotic, depressing and full of despair, He is with us to give us strength to go through it. Reach out today and grasp His hand in faith and find the strength you need to get through your troubles.

Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a SUPER SATURDAY. 89° now, high 95° toasty and cloudy. Another 6AM-6PM day of cooking dirt...lol...
May split more oak or put bush hog on tractor and go mow a field for a neighbor.
Only cut 3 - 6' logs up and split 1 yesterday evening.

I'd like to get outside and continue with some trimming/pruning.

Afternoon all. Clear skies and another perfect day in paradise. If the wind doesn't pick up, it could get to 70 F outside.

Went out for breakfast and then came home to watch the Blue Jays win. Yeah! They are on a roll. Had lunch and then instead of going to clean the church decided to stay home, watch more baseball, do some bookkeeping and sneak down to the sewing room.

We got a bit of needed rain late yesterday afternoon. It poured for about an hour. We could have used more.

I'll continue to cut/prune back growth in the yard. Maybe some trigger time on the ash tree taken down a couple of months ago.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. 80° @ 8AM...LOL...hi of 97°, sunny. Finally off for 3 days......going to bush hog our son's yard that we haven't sprayed yet......then our "other daughter" os bringing her family up from S GA for a visit about noon....
She and her brother lived down the road from us when they were young, spent about as much time with us as their family...her brother was killed in a motorcycle accident several yrs ago.
Be good to see them...
On a better note, we had a late night after work, got home at midnight, finally got our son's "friend" moved back to Perry GA. So glad she's gone.
Yeah, I know, we thought she was gonna be OK, that lasted about a week, then her ex got out of jail and it went downhill from there...
Now maybe he can get on with his life, he's just too good for a cause...

Morning all. Overcast with the promise of sunshine later. We will see if that happens. Yesterday was really nice.

Well, got sidetracked by baseball and didn't go up to the church to clean so we are doing it today. I did get down in the sewing room though and played with my serger. It is having difficulties. Lady likes grabbing and making off with our handkerchiefs to tear up so I have been making more and cutting up old Tshirts to make dog toys.
