    Morning all. Foggy this morning which will burn off sometime today to a clear sky. Yesterday was a clear sunny day but didn't quite hit 70F. If the fog burns off soon enough, it could happen today.

    Heading up to finish clean carpets at the church. The dry air and warm temps made drying happen quickly. There was a breeze as well which helped.

    Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 89°\93° partly cloudy. Another 7AM-7PM day at work. Hope to work on the woodyard this evening again. We got some short logs split and stacked in a tote, some went into deer camp pile, sapwood was getting punky.

    Hazy, hot, and humid today. 72⁰/93⁰ sunny.

    I hav a couple of errands to run this morning, including a visit with mom. She needs a new watch battery.

    Lunch with a friend before a trip to Bass Pro. About 40min south of here. I'll try to remember to get some pictures of it's New England theme.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 74°\93° partly cloudy. Another 7AM-7PM shift day, cooking dirt.
    Today is National Hot Dog Day, think I'll go to DQ for some chili dogs at lunchtime. :drool::drool::drool:...
    We did make it to the woodyard yesterday evening. Got a tote finished and moved logs from mom's house down to the processing area in the shade. :tractor:
    Hope to work on that this evening.

    Morning all. Fog lifted early this morning so it could be quite warm out today. Still aiming for that 70 F mark.

    House hold chores today. I have a rose bush that has gone wild and now that it is finished blooming, I am going to cut it back. Not the right time of year as it should have been done last fall. Just too busy then. It is a heritage rose not a hybrid so it should recover very well. campinspecter's stepmother got a shoot from a plant her parents brought out from the east in the early 1900s. She planted on her homestead. Years later her daughter gave me a shoot from it and I planted it in the garden of the community we were living in at the time. When we moved back here, I brought a couple of shoots with us and it has done very well. Very fragrant but the blooms only last a couple of days.

    Groundhog day - hazy, hot, humid. 74⁰/90⁰ dewpt 73⁰ Chance of thunderstorms this afternoon.

    A little bit of woodstove prep before the chimney sweep gets here tomorrow morning.

    Time to sharpen kitchen knives. A good day for that.

    The boys are planning to pour the porch slab about noon, hopefully it doesn't rain on it.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. 87° w/65% humidity, nice and sticky...:picard:...DP 74° feels like 95°...:thumbs:...good for reptiles, I guess. Another 6AM-6PM day...bring out the biscuits...it's all gravy (OT) till Sunday at 6PM...:cool:...
    We are meeting our friends for dinner after I get off this evening, they are flying back to Germany Saturday.
    Probably won't see the woodyard today.
