Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

It could have gone either way as it was a very hard fought game. With the politics involved, it must be hard to go back and play with your teammates after a series like that.

 

Morning all. Overcast and grey this morning. What we used to call the pineapple express (now called atmospheric river) is hitting the coast this weekend. Have to make up for the three weeks of bright, sunny and dry weather we had.

One of the hymns we will sing today is Take the Name of Jesus with you. I have great intentions every morning to do just that but as the day wears on and I get involved in a project or an activity, I don't always focus on Jesus as the main person in my life. I have to stop and think when I run across someone who is undesirable, angry and hurt and remind myself that Jesus loves that person and died for that person. To me, Taking the Name of Jesus with you is to show people the love of God for them even when conditions around you aren't ideal. Just my thoughts for today.

We finally had a morning this week where the temps were above zero. Close to 30 today and then in the 40's most of next week. Spring is getting closer.
