    Cold start. 12⁰/30⁰ sunny. Snow at the coast, not here.

    We'll be taking mom to her semi-annual physical. Fortunately, there's no gusty winds or precipitation.

    Unsure of the rest of the day. I might begin the process of making split-pea soup. It'll entail boiling some ham hocks. The broth will be used to make the soup as well as provide pieces of ham.

    We are in a rain/sprinkle pattern with some clearing off and on. Warm temps as well.
    I was at Mom's yesterday so I caught the ferry early.
    Not sure about today but I need to get some bookkeeping done for the month. Still lots of curling to watch.
