A bit of snow this morning. A dusting to an inch. 27⁰/31⁰ overcast day.

I'd like to get a walk in this morning. We'll see.

The rest of Christmas gets put away. A couple of nativity sets.

Not sure what's up for the rest of the day aside from a nap probably during the Bruins game.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 35°\44° cloudy. Glad it warmed up a few degrees, with the roads wet, I'll still be careful driving home. Another 7PM-7AM night at work.
Planning to split some more hickory, then we're going to our 7yr old grandson birthday party at noon. Then nap time, work again.

Good morning! Out in the dark with a refilled bird feeder and a few hours of wood added to the heater. We got four to five inches yesterday, but none predicted the next many days.

as I went into the house, the birds were feeding . No doubt those who feed our winged creatures are saving lives his winter. I wish I had a few square bales to spread out for the deer.

Morning all. Dark still outside. Partially sunny weather predicted for today. We will see what actually happens.
No snow here. 4 C/ 39 F right now.

The first two chapters of Genesis is a wonderful account of God creating our world. Everything in an organized manner to sustain the next creation. Details were not missed like the inside of a snail shell being made perfect. Thought and care was put into each thing that was created. What love is that? All prepared for his final creation of man in His own image. And then a present of time from God to his creatures. A whole day to spend together getting to know each other. Sharing their joys and teaching/learning about God's love.

Take time today to spend time in the Word of God and learn more about God's love for you.

1 Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.

2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. 3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. Genesis 2: 1 - 3

Just made it for the morning post. One of sons and I just got in from the lake. The fish were running good ahead of the snow predicted tonight.

We got 6" of snow Thursday night & early yesterday, been mostly sitting inside taking it easy and enjoying the views.

Planning to rest today, church meeting is canceled due to there still being quite a bit of snow.

Tom cleared of the big hill coming to our place yesterday with the tractor, so we should be able to come and go by tomorrow.
Meanwhile, I sawed up a few cedars.

When I'm doing a diy home or equipment repair and trying to estimate how long it will take, I double the amount of time I think I could realistically complete the job in and then add a little more. There always seems to be surprises.
