Have a customer coming over today with a few oak logs he wants converted into lumber while he waits, will see if anything else works in around that.

The boys cut out all the truss materials yesterday, hoping to get em assembled today.

I'd like to go for a walk but not sure it's the smart thing to do during a wind storm.

I have a couple of appointments to go to today. We wanted to get past the holidays before having my dad's funeral. It'll be the middle of next week. So, today it'll be deciding on flowers and then a caterer for a post-funeral coalation.

I'm hoping to have lunch with a friend.

Prayers for those affected by the New Orleans tragedy.

Morning all. Well, our nice weather came to an end this morning. Pouring rain and windy out there. A couple of degrees above freezing so maybe the ski hills on the island will get some snow for the weekend.
Got my bookkeeping done yesterday. Today is cooking for a potluck on Sabbath. Unfortunately a member of our congregation died last week so it will be a full church with family members. Funeral is on Sunday.

Good day. We just rolled in from a nice cabin time with our son and time with friends.

We had some nice parties and lake times.

Cold day ahead. 30⁰/36⁰ still with gusty winds. Some sun.

We had flurries yesterday afternoon. It was like effect snow from western NY. It amazes me it survived the trip even with the elevated Berkshires to go over.

I'm planning to move wood to the deck.

I hope to do some grocery shopping. Then, prepping for putting Christmas away this weekend.
