Good morning. Lots of wind and 36f here. We are taking our son (Army medic) and his fiancé out for Veteran’s day this evening. I think my wife’s brother and sister are coming on behalf of their late father (Lt Col Air force), as well as our other son and his fiancé, and our daughter and her family can make it too.

Thanks to all our Veterans for their service to our country.

I need to go grocery shopping before visiting dad this morning.

My wife and I made a quick 14hr trip to west Tennessee yesterday....

 

Morning all. Overcast this morning with rain threatening. Yesterday was dark and rainy all day. Before it started to pour, we finished winterizing the RV and then went for breakfast. Spent the rest of the day watching curling and football. Three of the four teams we cheered for won their games.
Today is bookkeeping, grocery shopping, if the store is open, and chores.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 53°\76°, foggy again. Going to my sister's and clean up some oak that fell during Helene, it's on the right of way we're building to our son's place. Then nap time after lunch, starting my 7PM-7AM early this week, covering vacation days for a coworker......make 3 Xtra days this week.

Morning all. Nice looking morning with the wind picking up. Another storm coming tonight with heavy rain and high winds.
Got a lot of bookkeeping done yesterday so today it is chores. Still have to get out and finish cleaning the RV. Not high on the priority list, I am afraid. I have to work on the cover as well.

Good morning everyone! The wind from yesterday is gone I hope. Coldest night of the season so far is coming tonight. I did my first relight of the season from overnight coals a few minutes ago.
