Morning all. Looks like another hot day in the city. We are leaving for a more country spot for the weekend.
Went to a Blue Jays day game and sat in the sun. Fortunately, it clouded over and there was a bit of a breeze. Better game than the night game but they still lost. It was fun to go and watch.

Morning all. We are in a warm muggy pattern for weather. This morning is cooler but I think it will climb up for this afternoon. I have all the windows opened right now but the AC will run most of the day.

The shepherd counted his sheep as they pushed their way into the sheepfold. He got to 99 sheep and then recounted them. One was missing! Securing the 99, he heads out into the dark and the storm and searches for the missing sheep. When he finds it, he heads home with joy in his heart.

We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6

Yes, we have gone astray and gotten lost. Jesus will always come looking for us and when we return with him to the fold, there will be much rejoicing. Make a decision today to accept Jesus into your heart so all heaven will rejoice with you.

In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish. Matthew 18: 14

Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY.
79° at almost 9AM, forecast for 91°. Very high humidity, HI well over 100° later. Another 7AM-7PM shift day. Didn't cut any wood, took the tractor and moved some stuff in the way of the mulcher. Our son is having his 5 acres cleared. This was clear cut almost 2 years ago. They are grinding weeds, brush, tree tops and stumps.


They should finish his place today, then we're getting a spot cleared in the woods with some white oaks for deer season.

Good late morning. My wife and I spent last Friday night in Duluth to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary, then went up the our cabin for week. It was a nice time with a lot of mowing, gardening, a little fishing and fish fry with friends, and a little firewood hoarding.

Weather was perfect with highs in the 60s to low 70s, with a nice breeze, and lows in the upper 40s rising to the low 50s.

 

Happy anniversary to ya'll, glad ya'll had a great week.

My brother and wife, arrived yesterday. Today, their daughter and three kids arrive from Georgia, for an overnight visit. They all head to Maine tomorrow. Mrs MikeInMa and I will decompress, once they leave.
