Going on my long days off, got 6 this time. Got a few rounds left to split from last night, then get gear packed for some tree cutting tomorrow, friend in the next county has more hickory trees he wants gone and he can load them......we have gotten about 8-9 cords from him before...

Morning all. Bright sunshine first thing this morning. around 4:30 AM Hard to sleep when the sun is shining and Shadow needs to go out. At least I didn't need a flashlight to clean up after her.
Laundry, groceries, house keeping and visiting is on the agenda for the day. We are here in Moose Jaw for a couple of days.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 67°/90°, doing some tree work here at the house. Friend is bringing his company boom truck over, time to give a bad haircut to a couple problem oaks.
We did get 1 load of hickory yesterday morning, we cut 3-4 trees. Before the load was done, I was tired...must be getting ...

Two more batches of piglets arrived yesterday...... we're up to around 50 now, with two more sows due any day..
