It was fun while it lasted. We were able to get TV last night so we saw the last hurrah.

 

It started raining around 4:30 this morning and it looks like it will continue most of the day. Later this afternoon and into early evening we are forecasted to get some severe storms. Hope the weather guessers are wrong. We got over .4 inches so far.

Another day of 7AM-7PM shift, would be a great day to cut wood with the breeze blowing. We did get some rounds ready to split last night, got home about 9PM, worked an hour...
Should get off at 6 this evening, make that pile disappear.

Tornado watch in the counties just west of us until 9 tonight. The watch may expand to include us. Level 4 on the severe threat list which is higher than I have seen in years.

Nice and cool right now but we are heading for a hot day of 91 then around 3-4pm rainy weather is supposed to come in

Morning all. Been out with the dog this morning and it looks like it could be nice today. Our trip today is not a long one. Heading over to campinspecter's sister's town for a visit. He has two sisters to visit on this trip.
Time zone changes are going to be fun for a while. I think the next one will be Manitoba.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 64°/87° today, mostly blue skies. Another 7AM-7PM day. We did get that pile of oak split and stacked in a tote and started another. Then cut most of the remaining pile, ran out of gas with 2 logs left, called it a night about 10:15PM.

The plan is to finish that this evening...

Morning all. After breakfast we will be on the road. Weather has been cool and overcast mostly. Nice visit with campinspecter oldest sibling, his sister, yesterday. Tonight we should be in the city where his middle sister lives.
