    Good Morning. My father-in-law passed away peacefully yesterday afternoon at 5 PM with all his children at his side as we watched him take his last breath, after a 6 day vigil of prayers, singing hymns together, and many family and friend visitors. This outpouring was a testament to the type of faithful life he lived in service to his Lord Jesus and the church, his country, and his family.

    Good Morning... :coffee: ... Two Fridays are tiresome... but was fairly productive since I didn't have a everyone bothering me... Got home and hooked up the tiller to the JD... and tilled two small gardens for a friend and a neighbor .. Off to see Mom and Dad today... For Mothers Day... Happy Mother's Day to all the Mothers and those Women who stepped in to be a Mother Figure... God Bless you all...

    There is such a difference when a true Christian passes, as opposed to someone without the that faith and hope.
    With Christ there can be peace and joy, but without Him it's just fear, dread, and hopelessness.

    May the Lord give your family an abundance of His peace and comfort in this time.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. Happy Mother's Day Woodwidow and to our hoarder's moms. 55° on the way to work this morning, might get to 81° later, beautiful blue sky day. Last 7AM-7PM day this work week, shift change coming next week. Miz Carol helped me split another tote of oak late yesterday evening, finished just about dark.
    I'll see what she wants to do this evening.

    Thank you all for the condolences. The experience of being there as his soul left his body was powerful. As he breathed his last, Del, who had been expressionless for several days, blinked his eyes, and his countenance became like that of a child in wonder for just an instant as he met Jesus face to face. It brings me to tears of awe and joy as I recount the scene.

    We all felt the strong presence of the Holy Spirit which was very faith affirming.
