Morning all. Overcast with temps just above freezing. I think rain will happen today. Off to work at my previous school in my previous job. It should be a fun day.
Watched the Blue Jays game last night and along with everyone else figured it was a lost cause until the 9th inning.
Canadian Men's curling team is doing well only losing one game to the best team in the world. A few more games to play until the playoffs. I am sure they will be in them.

Stormy this morning. Gusty winds with sleet/rain mix. 33⁰/38⁰

I underwent Mohs surgery on my ear, early last week. The bandage comes off today. Hopefully, stitches will be removed.

I'll then head to the hospital. My dad improved greatly yesterday. They had him up and moving. He was put on a clear liquid diet. Bodily functions, respiratory, cardio, and GI, all returning to normal. The blockage appears to have cleared on its own. I hope to get info specific to that, today.

I can pick and choose when I want to work and I don't have the full responsibility of the position. It worked out well yesterday as the woman I was subbing for came in for the afternoon so we were able to work on a few things she needed help with. It was a good day.

 

Morning all. Clear blue sky this morning. We may go out for another load of firewood later today. I have a medical appointment first thing this morning.
Either that or spend some time in the garden.

Good morning, members.

Showers today. 32⁰/47⁰ mostly cloudy. The above freezing temps will melt away any ice left from yesterday's mess.

The stitches and large bandage on my ear have been removed and replaced with a smaller bandage. They were happy with the wound healing. I can finally get the area wet. Still too tender to lay on a pillow.

Dad is continuing to improve. He needs to relearn how to swallow with aspirating. Watery liquids are problematic. Dad by day.

Where I spent Easter Sunday at the hospital, we had our simple ham steak, baked potato, and broccoli dinner yesterday. Tasted good.

But the yard work.
Guess we will cut grass. Maybe haul logs tomorrow.
