Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 54° party cloudy, hi about 56°. Another 7AM-7PM shift of cooking dirt. Planning to work in the camper this evening, get everything cleaned out of the kitchen slide out, secure everything for travel.

Morning all. Overcast and windy today. It was windy yesterday morning and hasn't let up at all. Lots of whitecaps on the water. Some rain possibly this afternoon.

Nicodemus came quietly at night to meet with Jesus. He felt that as a Pharisee, he knew everything about the Scriptures but he had questions about what Jesus was teaching. Jesus knew what he was thinking and answered those questions. Nicodemus went away with more to think about than when he came. Quietly he stayed in the background until God needed him to stand up for his convictions.
What about us? Do we hold on to our traditions and our ancestors' interpretation of Scripture or do we like Nicodemus, continuedly search through the Scripture to find the truth for ourselves? Are we like the Bereans who searched the Scriptures to see if what Paul was talking about is the truth? I pray that each of us will spend time searching the Scriptures for ourselves.

16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3: 16, 17

Morning all. I didn't expect to be the first one to post here this morning.
Grey overcast day but I don't think it is as windy as the last two days. A bit of rain expected but not much. We only got a sprinkling yesterday.
Women's Canadian curling going on this week so that will be interesting. Bookkeeping and a visit with my brother and Mom today. My brother is here for a few days to visit Mom.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. It was about 36° this morning, 46° now, chilly day.
Last day of 7AM-7PM shift, we got the cabinets and fridge cleaned out in the camper, then watched a movie while there. This evening planning on getting the slides moved in and maybe hooked up to the truck, be ready to go in the AM. Work is going smooth, so far.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. About 34° now, saw frost on the windshield earlier. Going to take the camper to the shop this morning, get some work done on it. Then go make some OT on nite shift this evening.

Good morning everyone! First morning home in eleven days. Wife and I went to Fiji to spend time-out of the cold. We missed a little snow, and it is still on the ground.

First order of business last evening was to get the boiler up to temperature, and get the house warmed up. It did its job, but the wood was nearly gone when I checked on it just now.

I don’t know where to start today, so it s coffee and birdwatching as the visit the refilled feeder.

 

Almost afternoon. I thought I posted here earlier. Gorgeous day outside with sunshine. Slowly getting an overcast though. If it is warmish after lunch, I am going to go out in the garden. My half oak barrel planter is sliding down the hill so I have to empty it and move it. If I do it now, hopefully I won't disturb the spring bulbs too much. I have strawberry starts to plant as well. They should have been done in the fall but I left them buried in the debris in my garden. I hope they survived our cold snap.
