Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 60° and cloudy this morning. Had some rain about 4:30 this morning, more possible about 11AM, thunderstorms maybe. We got to about 75°or so yesterday. Opened up the camper, moved a spare TV and DVD player to it, fixed a couple small things in it. Daughter and grandson came over, ate the first meal in it, Wendy's burgers. Took a nap and took some great friends out for their anniversary.
Have to take SIL to urgent care this morning.....think he has strep throat...poor thing can't drive to the next town over and can't wait till Monday......
To say I'm not happy is an understatement.

Morning all. YES! I feel much better this morning. I probably slept 18 hrs yesterday. I haven't had a headache spell like that for quite sometime.
Weather is supposed to be heavy rain and wind for the next couple of days. It is mild as well. Feels like late spring except we don't have the long days of light yet.

Simon Peter was out fishing that night but he wasn't catching any fish. He called over to James and John and they weren't catching anything either. As dawn broke, they all headed back to the shore to clean the empty nets. Jesus was standing teaching the people about God. As the people got closer and closer, he stepped into Simon Peter's boat and had him push off into the lake a bit. After Jesus finished talking, he told Simon Peter to go out to deep water and put down his net. Simon Peter said I spent all night fishing and caught nothing. But if you say so, I will try again. Simon Peter through out the net and it sank silently into the water. When Simon Peter started to pull in the net, it was loaded with fish. Help, he cried to James and John. Bring your boat here. They all dragged the net overfilling with fish to the shore.
Simon Peter falls to his feet and said Leave me, I am a sinful man. Jesus said to the three of them, Come, follow me. I will make you fishers of men. These men left everything, the biggest catch of their lives and served Jesus faithfully for as long as they lived. Are we willing to serve faithfully in whatever situation we find ourselves in?

19 “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.” 20 At once they left their nets and followed him. Matthew 4: 19, 20

Morning all. Rain and wind forecasted for today. Yesterday wasn't all that bad. Inside day with a meeting later this afternoon. I am trying to get all my reports done before then.

Good wintry morning, members.

Mostly overcast today 31⁰/36⁰

It was a snow/sleet/rainy day yesterday. I'd guess we had an inch of slush when I went to bed. This morning, there's maybe 2 inches of snow on top. Should make for an interesting cleanup.

My 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, is at its end. 110,000 original miles. It was in need of some repairs that with new tires, would have doubled the resale value.

This past Friday we went and test drove a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica,with 5000 miles. We put a down payment on it and hope to take full ownership of it this week. It was brand new to the dealer and they had not yet received the title.
