Good Morning, Brothers & Sisters Thread

Good morning everyone! Perfect weather yesterday, t-shirt weather even, but gray today. Temps in the 50's and no rain until noon, so I'll take it. I managed to get the pine needles swept off the roof, made a couple of dump runs, moved more wood into the basement, and split 4 out of 12 rounds of sugar maple. I'll work on that some more this morning.
Next week looks warm too. I hope it continues on until December. Working outside is so important for my state of mind.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. We have to move some rounds out of the way, load and deliver a full cord this morning, then nap time for me, get to go work nights for a few days. Brought the 'Bota home from our son's house last night. Need it here for a few days.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. Our mission team is having a bake sale this morning to raise money for a project we are doing, called "Bags for the Break" . We pack small drawstring bags with easy to fix food for kids over the Christmas break. We go to 2 different county school systems. We are packing 2000 bags this year. Praying for success.

Good morning everyone! Today I'm going hoarding, half an hour away for some ash on CL. I have some ash envy going on, Woodwhore's recent activities have gotten to me. I'll get a carload anyway, I expect it will be gone pretty fast.
A rainy day with the grandson tomorrow, so I'll make the most of today.

A friend got his early Christmas present, a new MS250, got to go show him a few pointers and help him take down a dead pine. Hope you have a blessed and wonderful day.

 

Thanks buddy, i dont want to rub it in but its 41 with the sun blazing. Good luck with the new saw. Nice present.

 

Itbis about 55-60° down here, not raining yet. I used his new saw to cut a few bushes and vines away from the pine tree, it's a handy little saw.
Used our XS362 huskihl special with 25" bar to take down the pine. It was about 24" dia. I limbed and bucked it in lengths he can move with his little tractor.
