    Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Big change in morning temps, yesterday was around 21°, today 42°. Rain early this morning, now windy as another cold front moves in, about 50° now. Started my 7AM-7PM shift for the weekend, been a mostly smooth day, so far. We got needed chores done yesterday. Probably bring in some wood this evening and enjoy the fire.
    Need to get some propane for the little shop heater in the saw shed.

    Good Morning... :coffee: ... Long day yesterday... Got up at 3 ... was at work at 4... till 4... ate supper and passed out... Summary of my day... :D... But when I got home I noticed a different set of tire prints in the snow... :sherlock: ... So To the cameras I went... and I guess my neighbor down the street that I got wood off of this summer came to talk to me... Well I texted him.. Figured he'd text me back... nope he came back... He was going to ask if I wanted a "big" oak... He has one on his trailer for me... :rootintootin:... So mmm Yea... so I'll be investigating it later on today... Not sure if single digits are enough to get me moving outside ... will see...

    Morning everyone. Headed back into work shortly to throw down some salt. We finally got the lots plowed by about 10pm night and called it quits. Hopefully I won't be there too long today. Really looking forward to playing with the kids in the snow today even though it's not supposed to get out of the 20's. Still have to make a few passes around with the tractor too. I wasn't doing that at 11 o'clock last night lol. Have a great day

    Morning everyone. Hopefully everyone can take a break sometime this weekend and enjoy what you have.

    Got typical house projects I need to do plus I need to go clear sidewalks at church for service tomorrow, then take in the football games.

    My Packers are played the 49ers with my ISU alum Brock Purdy.

    -12 now and dropping to -20 then rocketing up to -5 later today. Might need a jacket..or two..or four. :)

    Morning all. It stayed wet and windy all yesterday. I think it will be wet all day today. We will see about the wind. Yesterday was catch up day on chores. I need your prayers today as I have the sermon at church. We all pitch in when the Pastor is away and today is my turn.

    After his baptism, Jesus spent time in the wilderness communing with his Father. At the end of 40 days, Satan knew he was at his weakest so he approached him with a couple of propositions. Jesus answered the propositions with scripture and not a display of his divine power giving us an example of how to resist temptation. We all have access to the scriptures when temptations come along. Reading them daily will fill your memory banks and when needed, the Holy Spirit will bring them to mind.

    He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. Deuteronomy 8: 3

    Nice morning at the lake. Not much snow for banking the house compared to last year when we had already received 49” by now.

    Our oldest son came along. We saw 4, and took a smaller sized fish for the pickle jar.

    Cold morning here. 11⁰/26⁰ some sun.

    We got a thick dusting of snow, late yesterday. Nothing that'll be a problem, aside from making it slippery where there's some ice underneath. I am hoping to bring wood to the deck. I'll have extra traction underfoot.

    Excellent Bruins game last night. Football later this afternoon.

    We'll be having roast pork, baked potatoes, and broccoli, later today.

    Morning everyone. I didn't get called into work this morning thankfully. Currently thawing out a downspout and short section of gutter that's iced over and is dripping onto the deck below it. Nothing like walking out onto an ice rink lol. Sun's out though and it's warming up to 29⁰ today
