    Morning all. Skies are clearing off and temps are just above freezing. With all the rain we had yesterday, I am sure the mountains around here have a frosting of snow.

    Just got a phone call. Our neighbour died early this morning. He leaves his son and daughter and grandchildren. His legacy will be of a man who was a magician with small engines such as chainsaws, lawnmowers etc. and had a very diagnostic mind when it came to vehicles. He was also a very generous man with his time. A very good friend. Prayers please for his family.

    I hope you all have a great day today.

    We had our first snow that stuck on the deck. It fell in flurries last night.

    Good morning! 32F and sunny, getting fairly warm for November with a few more nice days this week. I finally picked our small crop of mini pumpkins last night and managed to split some mixed wood with the help of a cordless light. Probably more splitting tonight and hook up my trailer to retrieve my repaired mower tomorrow. Have a God day!
