    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. We must be to cool spot this morning, 54° right now, heading to 85°. Planning to work on the woodyard this morning then nap time. Shift change today, going to 7PM-7AM for the next 5 days. Making 72hrs this week.

    I'm trying to force myself to slow stinking down and get it right the first time.....but slow ain't natural for me...

    Morning all. The rain let up and the sun came out yesterday right after campinspecter fired up Mom's wood furnace. The sun comes through four large windows in the living room and heats the place up. So we got the place a little warm. Nice visit and we got some chores done for her.
    Back to work this morning but it is only a four day week. Nice to work four and get paid five days.

    Sawdust Man nice looking logs on your trailer there. That one tree sure had a lot of limbs.
    T.Jeff Veal Nice to get OT but a five day shift of nights must take a bit of planning to get anything else done.

    Good Morning... :coffee: ... Rain moved through... got about 1/4" ... but the goodness is the cooler weather behind it... 79-80 for the next two days then I see 2 days not even to hit 70 ... :dex: ... Big Dog and Pony Show today at work... So we'll see how it goes... :cool:

    I actually get more done on nights than days. With the days getting shorter, it won't be long till it dark when I get off @ 6:30 PM.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 60°, heading to mid 80's again, dry. Going to help the neighbor that we cut the pines for, they have his trailer moved in, eed to drop a willow oak so the power line can be run to the house. Hopefully won't take to long.

    64/74 with 1-2" of rain... allegedly...


    Planning to saw 4' cedar cants today.....in the barn.

    Yesterday we finished up the pine job, but didn't go to the other place because they can't make up their minds wether or not they want their place cleaned up for free.
    Anyway, we got the last load out, and grabbed a little cherry while we were there.

    Morning all. Heavy fog this morning. They keep telling us about really good weather that is supposed to happen. So far it is non existent. Thanksgiving weekend coming up so it would be nice to have good weather for it. Yes, I said Thanksgiving weekend - Canadian style.

    Goodm morning! 76F and mostly cloudy, last day of summer weather. Most of the firewood stand was cleaned out yesterday so that kept me busy after work. I had some old mulberry, pear and maple to split that was already dry so I made enough splits to fill a couple bins. Mrs. WinonaRail came and and helped with stacking. We managed to get everything done, including watering flowers, in about 90 minutes. Bible study tonight at church. Have a God day!

    Was not as hot as expected yesterday but was very uncomfortable with muggy weather. It put me down for most of the day as I had headache almost all day. This morning it looks like a big rain not very far from us.
