Good Morning! With this time change I am trying my best to stay in bed until at least 3:30AM..I don't do as well staying in bed any longer than 6 hours at a time. Anyone else relate to this?

    Yes!

I am so glad this daylight savings time is over, that extra hour of daylight was burning up my grass...

    Good mornin.

Got cold here overnight. For here, that means just below freezing.

I still have yard cleanup to do. I suspect that'll be the case until it snows.

We have a memorial service for my MIL, on Sunday. So, there'll be some prep work ahead of then, as people will be coming back to the house for coffee.

Good morning everyone! I'm going to take it easy today, do some cooking and cleaning. I'll do some splitting in the middle of the day, if the sun is strong enough to make up for the wind.
And I promised bear 1998 a cord audit. Isn't it about time for one of those "How much wood you got?" threads? Maybe I'll kick it off.
    Have a great day everyone!

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. It's 35° down here this morning, stove has it kicking about 80° next to the stove with a few chunks and nuggets. Got a call last night, got to deliver another cord dump trailer load this morning, then going to help my son work on his house.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

Goodo morning everyone! Yesterday I couldn't face the cold wind, but now that's gone, I've got plenty to do outside. Lots of leaf cleanup to do in the back yard. I have a Norway maple and a Bradford pear that are just beginning to shed their leaves, so that will take me into December. Maybe it'll snow on top of the mess and I can punt it till spring.
Husband is going to try and get his real ID this morning, I give him a 50-50 shot at having the right documents.
Grandson tomorrow, so I better get busy.
    Have a good day everyone!

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SPLENDID SUNDAY. I'm off today, so get to go visit my church family, then we are going down to south GA, Statesboro, where they are now growing Mandarin oranges. Just started picking them last week.
Got down to 30° early this morning, first frost. Had a nice little fire last night.
Lowe's and my hunny were good to me for my birthday. I have been looking at getting a 20v DeWalt jigsaw for a while. Stopped by the store last night after b-day dinner. Was going to get the bare tool on sale for $179, had a better deal, get the battery packs kit for $199 and get the $159 jigsaw free. Only difference in the models, the other one was brushless. It is a good morning! Perfect for firewood work, except I'll be babysitting all day. We'll try to hit a playground, get outdoors for awhile. Tomorrow the rain holds off until late, so I'll get stuff done. I need to get all the soil out of the ceramic plant pots before they freeze. And, get the last of the locust out from under the pine tree, before it gets wet and freezes up.
T.Jeff Veal, your Mandarin run sounds fun! I don't imagine they let you pick them, like apples up here? My husband likes Mineolas, literally the only fruit he will eat.
    Have a good day everyone!
