    Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. 73°, cloudy, high prediction of 89°. Another 7AM-7PM day. Didn't get any wood :axe:...:(:(...storm blew in before I got off, had just enough time to unload totes before rain again.
    We'll see what the evening brings.

    That was a timber rattler I got. There's a few diamondbacks around.
    I've heard those pygmies are some bad little dudes.

    Yes, they are no joke....and they're surprisingly aggressive little nasties.....they definitely don't believe in running away from people...

    We do "officially" have timber rattlers here, but I've never seen one and the locals mostly don't think we have em, or at least very few......still, we're pretty well fixed with venomous snakes here, between the pygmies, copperheads, and cottonmouths.......yuck..

    Morning all. Another sunny day dawning with fog over the main channel. The fog hung around for awhile yesterday, cleared off and then threaten to come back. As a result, we had a normal summer day, not too hot. I got clothes dry on the outside line though.
    Still fighting my cold. I think it has moved to my chest. We will see what today brings. At least I slept good last night.

    Good morning! 69F with rain about to start. Should be off and on throughout the day. I met with the county yesterday to file for a zoning exception for my roadside stand. In the process I found that I need to move the stand further from the road (I consider 43' from blacktop hardly roadside) so I got about half of the bins moved last night and put back together. 4 more to go this weekend. Music practice at church tonight. Have a God day!

    Afternoon all. Woke up to foggy morning after a good night sleep. We took the car down island for wash and thorough waxing. While it was being done, we went for breakfast. Came home to sunny skies and westerly winds. I think I will head down to the sewing room for the rest of the day. I am working on a duvet project. Not as fun as a quilt project but one that I want to get done before going back to work.

    More rain yesterday but now there is no more rain in the forecast. That has happened before but they are quick to change when showers start popping up.
