    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. 74° with predictions of 91° later, cloudy with chance of lignt rain this morning. Needed to do some tractor mowing for a neighbor while Miz Carol cut a nearby yard, just see what happens.

    Morning all. Overcast with the threat of rain. We drove through fog, sunshine and coming back through rain cells. we went down for a medical appointment. I had an assessment done on my knees. No surgery for the immediate future. Instead exercises to get my knee cap in the right place and suggestions for work arounds where I have trouble with my knees. Nice to know they aren't as bad as I thought.

    Stephen was one of the deacon's picked to help with the daily jobs of the church. The Bible says he was full of faith and the power of the Holy Spirit. This incited the jealousy of the Jewish religious leaders.
    Stephen was hauled into their "court" and accused of blasphemy. As he spoke before the leaders, his face was like an angel. As Stephen faced the opposition, he saw something that no one else could.
    "Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!” Acts 7: 55.
    I pray as we face opposition in our lives , that we too, can look up and see the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God and be encouraged and fortified to face whatever trials are in front of us.

    Well, we got rain this morning, so original plans changed. Sharpened 2 chains and 6 sets of mower blades. Visited our son for a bit.

    A storm front with heavy rain and thunder rolled through last evening. Just under an inch of rain over ~3hrs. It has cleared out the nasty air that's been around for several weeks. We've been left with temps in mid-60's and dewpts in mid-50's. Windows are open to let the refreshing air in.

    Hoping to go visit with my folks this morning. Maybe f I re up the grill later.

    5th Sunday service today, we have a missionary from Durango, Mexico, that we support, visiting today. We will have a meal afterwards.
    A quiet night at work, half way done.
    As long as you have a heartbeat, you have a purpose.
