    I bet that's gonna to be delicious....

    I'm pretty squeamish about cooking whole baby critters so I'll probably never try it.... no doubt I'm the loser because of it though.

    Morning all. going to be another sunny day. Headed over to Mom's with her new TV and lots of equipment to clear brush. We have let the property go the last couple of years so it is time for major work in clearing underbrush. Things around here just like to take over.

    Good Morning... :coffee: ... Pork turned out very nice... I was impressed... and my guest were too... Had a decent fireworks show…. Would have been better but I had a ground blow… luckily all turned out… now to clean up the mess this morning…

    Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY and Happy, safe 4th of July. It's finally my Friday, get off at 6:30 for 3 days. Planning on firing up the smoker today, got 4 slabs of baby backs and 18 Apple sausages...:drool::drool::drool:

    Morning all. Last four days of work for this school year. Sun is coming out early this morning. We managed to get some brush cleared and chipped yesterday. It is so satisfying to see those salmonberry bushes get sucked in and chipped. It was the first time I got to use the chipper. Definitely looking forward to using it more.
    I got Mom's TV working again so we are going to leave it a week and see if it goes off again.

    Everyone have a great day especially those who are celebrating July 4th today.

    My wife would love apple sausage... seems like every time we have ham or sausage, she says "this would be so good with apples"...must be her German heritage.....
